Employees’ Attitude as the Determinant of Their Information Security Performance in Information Network Security Agency

This study was aimed to assess the relationship between employees’ attitude and information security (InfoSec) performance in Ethiopian, INSA context. Employees ‘attitude treated as independent variable InfoSec a dependent of study. Correlational research design employed. Using stratified random sampling technique 320 participants were sampled. AIS ISP scales used collect data. Based on suitability data questions, percent, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, regression analysis methods performed. Accordingly, present revealed following findings. First, employees significantly differed by their sex educational levels. Second, related predicted performance. findings some recommendations are forwarded for different stakeholders.
